Payments will be made by the agency according to the request of the photographer.<\/p>\n
You can request a pay out at any time by an E-mail, e.g. with Subject “paying out please”.<\/p>\n
After your request you will receive a confirmation by E-mail that the data have been provided.<\/p>\n
You will find a credit memo in PDF format in the last column of this table.<\/p>\n
Download the PDF to copy the relevant data for your invoice and send it via E-mail to the agency please.<\/p>\n
Tip: You can cut out the sales data from the PDF in Photoshop as an image to insert it into your own invoice form.\u00a0Please leave out \u201cCredit memo #\u201d from your cut.<\/p>\n

Please make sure that your invoice has an invoice date<\/strong> and an invoice number<\/b><\/strong>. Our preferred currency is EURO.
